Student athlete will attempt five 3pt shots and five free throws for a total of ten shots.

By checking this box I, (the undersigned) commit to donate $10 per made Free Throw and $20 per made 3-pt shot or donate to the ECSU WBB Fundraiser on behalf of the above selected player.

Contributions are due between October 15th and November 1st via ECSU Link that will be emailed on October 15th to above listed email and/or phone number.

I understand that student athletes cannot receive cash or check all donations must be made via ECSU link or to Head Coach.
